Cash Flow Forecasting

We help you project monthly cash flow so you can answer all of the “Can 1...” questions. “Can I hire”? “Can I invest in equipment”? “Can I pay myself more, or at all”? With our guidance, your cash flow projections will transform from numbers on a page to numbers that directly impact your bottom line.

Key Performance Indicators

We help you define your personal and business goals and then design a plan of action to achieve those goals, while routinely measuring progress.

Books, Advisory, Financial Reporting

Accurate and timely data is needed to provide CFO services, so we do the heavy lifting. Our team of certified QuickBooks Online Proadvisor's will allocate income and expense transactions and reconcile monthly. We will then be able to create financial reports to measure business health and compare results to the forecast.

Please be advised that we do not provide Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable services. However, we can provide assistance to you and your team with questions on your QBO system.

Don’t worry if your books are a mess or not up-to-date. During the onboarding process we will review your QBO system and provide a report of our findings. At that time, we will advise you on what steps need to be taken to get your books up-do-date and the cost to do so.

Tax Planning

During the onboarding process we will review your tax returns and financials to see if any of our top 12 tax saving strategies could benefit you now or in the near future.

CFO Touch Points

Monthly we will have two 30 minute calls to review progress and answer questions. And once a quarter, one of those calls will be extended to 90 minutes.

Reasonable Compensation Survey for S-Corps

If your S Corp salary isn't based on reasonable compensation, you're probably paying too much in taxes or risking an audit. We have tools available to help you accurately determine your reasonable compensation figure. Please contact us if you would like to complete a Reasonable Compensation Report.

This is an independent unbiased report that uses criteria outlined by the IRS and Courts to determine an individual's reasonable compensation. It also provides a defensible position in the event of an IRS challenge. Reports start at $550.
